Her experience includes more than 20 years in Fortune 100 environments, including Northrop Grumman and Honeywell, along with work at Bayer Animal Health and in her own advisory practice. She has led cross-functional programs that delivered measurable outcomes, including designing a scalable process that supported growth from $80M to approximately $220M per year and contributed to national recognition through Honeywell’s Malcolm Baldrige Award application.
